Returns, Refunds & Replacements

🚫 We Do Not Accept Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We sell edible food items, and for safety and health reasons, we cannot accept returns under any circumstance. Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee its safety if returned. Accepting food products back poses a health and safety hazard, and we must follow strict guidelines to ensure the safety of all our customers.

📸 Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, please email us clear photos of the damaged product.

⚠️ Important: Do not attempt to submit fake photos or intentionally damage the product for a free product. All packages are carefully inspected and secured before shipping.

Once we receive your email, we will review your request within 2-5 business days.

  • If approved: We will email you a form to confirm your shipping details.
  • If denied: We will email you with the reason your request was not approved.

  • If Your Claim Is Approved

You will have three resolution options to choose from:

  1. Store Credit
    You'll receive store credit equal to the value of your original purchase.
  • Note: Store credit can only be used on michaelacandyzz.shop

    • You will not receive a refund with this option.

          2. Replacement
              We will ship out a replacement order to you.

    • To ensure accurate and timely delivery of your order, please email your order number to michaelacandyzz@gmail.com. If you choose to contact us without including the order number, that is acceptable; however, please be sure to provide your full and complete shipping address. We are unable to process shipments without all required information, and we want to make sure your package is delivered to the correct location.

          3. Full Refund
              You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

    • You will not receive store credit or a replacement with this option.

    💸 Shipping Fee for Replacements

    Please note:
    If you choose a replacement:

    • If your original order was under $30, you will receive an invoice for a $5 shipping fee.
    • If your original order was $30 or more, we will cover the shipping cost for your replacement.
