At michaelacandyzz, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for important information regarding processing times, shipping rates, and order eligibility.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:

  • Standard shipping is available for all U.S. orders.

  • Orders over $30 qualify for free standard shipping.

  • For orders under $30, a $5 flat-rate shipping fee will apply.

  • Delivery times typically range from 2-5 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Coverage:
We currently only ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Address:
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. michaelacandyzz is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update your address after placing an order, email us as soon as possible at michaelacandyzz@gmail.com with your order number and correct address. 

Please note: If you contact us after your shipping label has already been printed, we will not be able to change the address, and you will need to reach out to USPS directly to resolve the issue. michaelacandyzz is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can monitor the delivery status.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
